Hotel Overnight Oats Recipe

Traveling and being away from home is always hard to stick to the healthy habits and routines that we have at home. I am always looking for new things to try and simple ways to making healthy choices when I am traveling. This was SO good I have to share - SO EASY. Few ingredients and so many ways to customize and not get bored with the same thing for breakfast everyday!


yes - this is my hotel overnights oats recipe. Why? Because I am sure there are many ways to make this and so much potential BUT if you are traveling and need something quick, healthy, easy and delicious - THIS.IS.IT!


I was looking at all the things I had in my hotel room from my grocery run (you can see more about that here) and noticed I had everything I needed for overnight oats! l rarely make this at home but I think this will be a staple now for hotel travel!








Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Arbonne Vanilla Protein (I feel confident the chocolate or coffee would also be AMAZING

  • 1 Packet of homestyle organic oats (remember glyphosate is sprayed on most conventional oats so organic is best)

  • 2/3 cup coconut milk

  • Handful of blueberries



Directions

  1. Use hotel plastic cup

  2. add oats, protein, blueberries and coconut milk to cup- stir until mixed

  3. Put in the hotel fridge over night

  4. ENJOY!
